Master P's Son, Lil Romeo, Ready To Release Debut Album Master P's son, Lil Romeo, is surely hoping to prove he's a chip off the old block when his debut album, Soulja Boy, is released on June 5 through No Limit Records. The 11-year-old rapper, who is also the nephew of C-Murder and Silkk the Shocker, hooked up Diesel of Soulja Music, C-Los Beats, and Jermaine Dupri to produce the album. Tracks on the disc showcase the straight-A fifth-grader's writing talents. Making waves as a No. 1 hit on radio stations in Washington, D.C., and New Orleans, "My Baby," a bouncy number that nods to the Jackson 5's "I Want You Back," will serve as the record's first single. Another rhyme, "Your ABC's" offers Romeo's own take on the alphabet. "The Girlies," "Where They At," "Little Star," and "Lil Soldiers Need Love" are also featured on the debut. Meanwhile, Master P, C-Murder, and Silkk the Shocker are among the No Limit artists currently being sued by producer Marc in Tha Dark over unpaid compensation for work on the rappers' records (allstar, Feb. 27).
